The Friends of Bersted Brooks is a ‘not-for-profit’ organisation, where ALL funds raised will go directly for the upkeep and improvement of the area known as Bersted Brooks and to impart information to the Friends. In order to do this we ask the Friends to make a small annual financial contribution by way of a membership fee. This will ensure that you are included on the mailing list so that you will be notified of all meetings and events. There are two levels of membership:
Kingfisher (Adults/Families) ~ £10.00 annually
This entitles members to receive Minutes of meetings and to vote on any decisions the Friends make for Bersted Brooks. ‘Kingfishers’ can also attend ‘Members only’ events such as mothing sessions and small mammal surveys.
Mallard ~ voluntary donations
We invite members from all sections of the community to support our fantastic project by taking part in our events, and/or by making a donation towards our running costs. ‘Mallards’ may attend and take part in meetings, but cannot vote on decision-making issues.
